1. Free Trial

We offer a limited free trial (measured in characters) before any payment, so you can evaluate voice quality and the service without entering payment details.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy billing page. On cancellation, you keep full access until the end of your current paid period, with no further auto-renewal afterward.

3. Refunds

Because this is a digital service consumed immediately upon use (audio generation), we generally do not offer refunds for the current billing period once payment is completed. If a clear technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at the address shown on your account page, including your account email, the payment date, and the reason for your request.
