1. The Service

Sawti Studio provides an AI-powered text-to-speech service for generating Arabic voiceovers, offered as a monthly subscription preceded by a limited free trial (measured in characters).

2. Account & Use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. You may not use the service to generate abusive content, impersonate another person without consent, or infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Subscription & Billing

Payments are processed by a third-party Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy), which handles invoicing and applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Ownership of Generated Content

You retain the right to use audio generated from text you submitted, for personal or commercial use, provided you comply with these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or interruption to, the service.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
